This is a great example of the Dormy Inn brand. The reception was warm, the room was big and clean and with everything you need. The bath area was excellent and the breakfast was really good. Parking was simple, just give yourself 10mins when retrieving your car from the automated garage. The scenery around Wakkanai and Rishiri Island is breathtaking, but be warned, there’s not a lot to do on an evening if that’s what you’re looking for. It’s a very small city and a very laid back lifestyle. However, the locals were genuinely friendly and helpful and visiting this place has been one of the highlights of my trip so far.

The room was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The onsen experience was nothing short of amazing, particularly the outdoor one, which added an extra layer of tranquility and charm. Additionally, the hotel's strategic location, just a mere 2 minutes away from Wakkanai station, made it incredibly convenient for our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its superb service, well-maintained facilities, and convenient proximity to transportation.

Perfect location, within walking distance to JR station and convenience store. The hotel provided supper at night and coffee machines at lobby. There weres an onsen on the 10th floor, and they also provided free hokkaido milk ice cream for hotel guests. Room size was spacious. Staff was friendly too. The glass bottled milk in the vending machine was delicious and cannot be found anywhere else in hokkaido, must buy to try it!!

The room itself was a typical small Japanese business hotel but the lobby offered free coffee from 5:30am. They let us keep our bicycles in a room off the garage which was very nice of them.

The staff was great, he helped me cancel my booking for the next day which I have mistakenly forgot to cancel, we arrived a day earlier and booked for that day but forgot to cancel the previousone, there is an onsen and free unlimited icecream and coffee.
